Grief Garage
Grief Garage is how we share with you the values, ideas, and practices that help us feel connected while grieving — so we don’t get stuck or isolated in it. We introduce big ideas, rituals that naturalize grief, and practices that can connect us.
What kind of healing moment can we create together?
THE INVITATIONOver the past three years, Soloss has supported neighbours, peers, and strangers to care for one another — in encampments, in end-of-life care, in front-line roles.
We’ve learned what it takes to create conditions for authentic engagement with grief. Through our experiential offerings, we are rebuilding a culture that is capable of acknowledging and processing grief.
Grief includes any and all responses to loss — of people, places, roles, routines, and more. By acknowledging and embodying grief together, we validate it. That validation is the starting point for healing.
